• Q. I'm from Asia region but my account is registered on the North America server since I'm an old player, is it possible that the connection still delayed?
  Players from North America server will experience connection issue and some delays. We kindly advise you to create or login on the Asia server to avoid any issue during login and while playing the game.

• Q. Is it possible for me to connect to Asia even if my account was registered on Midellas/Parna/Ellora?
  Unfortunately, It has a dedicated server that is to be chosen. We kindly advise to connect to create or login on Asia server to avoid any issue during login and while playing the game.

• Q. I have purchase history on my account registered on NA and I want connect to Asia since I'm from that region and it has a smoother connection. Is it possible to transfer my account?
  Unfortunately, there's no function to transfer old accounts from Midellas, Ellora, and Parna to the new server. No worries, there are more and exciting rewards waiting for incoming users of the new server which will greatly help them in their adventure.

• Q. Since there will be a server on NA and we will have a new server on Asia, Is there a plan to have separate server time for each region?
  The server time is still in PST. But don't worry, for the players who are experiencing difficulty in the opening schedule of some contents such as Field raid, Flying raid, Exeran, Red Moon invasion, we are going to add additional time schedule for the following mentioned contents.

• Q. I'm a new player. Are we going to have a difficult time to progress? Will we be left behind since we'll be playing with veterans/old players from the previous servers after the merging?
  New players will have progression rewards and beginner packages to help them catch up to the latest content. More information will be provided soon.

• Q. What if we encounter any issues after the server merge? Where can we report it?
