  • A wireless connection can become difficult to troubleshoot due to potential interference from radio signals or the environment. Sometimes this will cause lag or intermittent connection issues. Connecting to a wired (Ethernet) connection will not only help us eliminate a troubleshooting step, but will also make a connection more stable.  
    If you have both wired and wireless connections available, you can prioritize your wired connection by performing the following steps:

  • If you are receiving a continual circular loading animation after clicking "Play", then you will need to:
    -Re-launch the Nexon Launcher.

    -Log out of the Nexon Launcher by clicking on the small arrow near your profile portrait, and click "Exit."

    -Re-open the Nexon Launcher and enter your account credentials to log in.

  • Getting a process list will help us see what programs you are running that may be interfering with the game. Please follow this simple guideline to get a process list and send the results to us. 
    Press the Window Key
     
    Type cmd in the search bar and click "Ok". you will see:

    Highlight and copy the following text: tasklist /v > "%USERPROFILE%\desktop\Process.txt"
     
    Paste this into the cmd window (black box with white letters) by right-clicking and selecting "Paste". Do not use the Ctrl+V shortcut as it will not work!

    Press Enter
     
    Wait 10 seconds while a text file with the Process list is created. 
     
    You should find a Process.txt file on your desktop. 
     
    Attach Process.txt when you reply to the ticket. NOTE: Please do not paste the plain text into the ticket.

  • In Icarus SEA we are only supporting languages below:
    - English
    - Taiwan (Simplified Chinese)
    -  Thailand

    In overall difference, we are going to support most of the countries in the below:
    - Taiwan
    - Thailand
    - Indonesia

    Most of the updates, contents and events will be thought well and well executed based on the supported langauges and countries. We will still celebrate ICARUS DAY as it is the only the same update or event for every Icarus Service.

    Unlike Global, the Connection satability for ICA SEA will be no problem.
    - As we know, Global has a lot of servers that we need to maintain and make sure the connection from each country will not be a problem. But there are quite few problems in connecting in Global. For example:
     -  You lived in Egypt and the only close country or server that you can join in is in EU. Egypt players still experience High pings and lag.

    In Icarus SEA, we will promote the stable connection where all servers will be on spot that the SEA Players can have a good game experience in-game without complaining about lag and disconnection from the game.

    With this, the connection is focus on only 1 server and can maintain good connection between the hosting and server.
