Due to the end of the Riders of Icarus game publishing contract between Nexon America
and VALOFE, the latter will be taking over all operational and game servicing aspects of the Riders of Icarus. -
You can transfer your accounts:
- During the pre-migration period (July 31st, 2019).
- This is where you can transfer your account as early as possible before the transfer day happen.
- Transfer period will be on August 28, 2019, to February 28, 2020.

You don't have to worry about your in-game items. Once you have transferred your account, your items will be also transferred.

Yes, VALOFE and Nexon America will make sure that all data moved to VALOFE during the transfer
period are encrypted to secure and protect your personal information. -
No, you can't use Nexon America coupons for your VALOFE Account.

No, the currency for the VALOFE is different than Nexon America's Currency.
You cannot use NX Cash on your VALOFE Account. VALOFE is using G-coins as its currency for the game. -
No, you cannot play Rider of Icarus through Nexon America account because the game's ownership has been fully transferred to VALOFE and you can only play to your account once you transferred it to VALOFE. If you don't want to transfer, then your account will be unplayable, and all of your game data will be deleted after the Transfer period.

Once the transfer period is over, you will not be able to transfer your account.

No, you have to register/transfer the accounts one by one to separate VALOFE Accounts in order for you to save all of your accounts.
