• Q. Is the game a PVE or PVP Based
  The game has PVE and PVP feature. You can enjoy playing both.

• Q. Are the classes gender locked?
  No. You can choose their gender upon character creation and you can change gender using a gender voucher.
  The only class that cannot change gender is Shalin (Magician and Trickster

• Q. When is the VALOFE's maintenance day?
  We will adapt the Nexon America Maintenance Day. It will be on every Wednesday.

• Q. Can I move my character to a different server?
  Unfortunately, characters cannot be moved from one server to another by any means regardless of our player's region.

• Q. How do I contact VALOFE Customer Service for Icarus Online?

• Q. How do I select a different Language?
  To change the default game language, please do the following:

  • Open the in-game Settings
  • Click on the tab labeled "Game"
  • Scroll to the very bottom to locate the Language options

  The three available languages are English, French, and German.

• Q. Why can't I use the name of a deleted character?
  When a character is deleted the name is not available for 30 days. After 30 days have elapsed, the name is automatically released to be used again.
