  • After purchase.Check your shop mailbox on your purchased item.

    If the purchased not appear on shop mailbox.
    In such cases, you can re-claim your items through the purchase restoration system.
    Try these steps to successfully restore your items

    1. Go to Settings > Others > click the purchase restoration button
    2. Close all running applications & try to relogin the game to refresh & check shop mailbox
