  • You can retrieve your account in 3 easy steps!

    1. Link your previously used login type.(Facebook,Google,Naver,Valofe)on "Link Account".
    2. Submit correct login credentials associated with your ingame account.
    3. Make sure to use correct server assigned on your account.

  • Please check your network connection after logging out.

    If you are in crowded, sealed, or underground areas, the network connection might not be stable.
    You could also have network connection problems if you are using Wi-Fi through open routers such as Hotspot.
    Please also be noted that the access to the game might not be available during server maintenance or updates.
