• Q. How can I adjust the in-game resolution or toggle window/full screen mode?

• Q. How can I adjust the HUD size?
  To adjust the HUD size, follow the directions below.
  
  Menu(Esc) > Options > Settings > User Interface > HUD Size

• Q. My Character is stuck even after using "Emergency Escape".
   
  If you already tried using the "Emergency Escape" function but your character is still stuck in an enclosed area, you may teleport to a Telepost through the World Map by paying a certain amount of gold.
  
  World Map(M)  >  Move cursor to Telepost  >  Hold [Space]
  
  *Gold may be consumed when teleporting.
  
  If the issue persists, please send us a ticket via 1:1 INQUIRY.
  We will do our best to get back to you quickly.
   

• Q. Can I use the AZERTY Keyboard?
  Unfortunately, the AZERTY Keyboard is not supported by Bless Unleashed PC.

• Q. What is the maximum number of players allowed in a Party?
  A Party can be formed with up to 5 members.

• Q. Can I transfer my characters from the console version to the PC version?
  Unfortunately, characters cannot be transferred across the Console and PC platforms since the data is separately managed for the two platforms. 

• Q. How many characters can I create in one server?
  You can create up to 10 characters in one server.
  
  3 slots are initially given when you enter a server for the first time, and the other slots can be opened using the “Character Slot Expansion Ticket” item.

• Q. I want to know about Marketplace
  Marketplace is operated by a server.
  
  You can trade your items through the Marketplace with players who are on the same server.
  
  Marketplace fee will be charged by 3% upon registering an item and 15% when the item is sold.

• Q. What’s the naming policy for a guild?
   
  The following naming policy applies for creating a guild.
  
  1. 2 ~ 15 characters
  2. A guild name cannot consist of only numbers.
  3. Numbers and spaces can be contained but special characters cannot be contained.
  4. A banned word cannot be contained.
  4. Up to 6 numbers can be contained.
