• Q. Patching for Bless Unleashed PC client doesn't work in Steam platform.
  If the patching for Bless Unleashed is not working, kindly verify the integrity of the game files.
  If the patching is not still working after the integrity of the game file is successfully verified, kindly re-install the game.
  
  ■ How to verify the integrity of Game Files
  To make sure of verification, we suggest you to reboot your computer and launch Steam again.
  1. From the Library section, right-click on the game and select "Properties" from the menu.
  
  2. Select the "Local files" tab and click the "Verify integrity of game files" button.
  
  3. Steam will verify the game's files. This process might take several minutes.
  
   
   

• Q. I would like to know the basic troubleshooting in Steam platform.
  If you encounter any kind of issues in launching, patching, or downloading Bless Unleashed PC, kindly do the following Remove and Re-installation steps to solve it.
  We highly suggest following and performing the basic troubleshooting steps first as follows.

  7. Add exceptions in your firewalls and anti-virus for Steam.

  9. Check Hard Drive for Errors
  - For Windows: My PC >>> (right click on drive) >>> Properties >>> Tools >>> Error checking

  10. Reinstall Bless Unleashed
  11. Reinstall Steam
  12. Disable Overclocking
  13. Re-install Addon required for client launching.
  If you re-install the following Addons, the issue might be solved.
  1) Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2013
  2) Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015
  3) Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2
  4) Media Function Pack for Windows Version (Install based on OS)

• Q. The client fails to launch after clicking “Play” in the game launcher.
  The problem might be an error with the installation of the “Easy Anti-cheat” program.
  Try the following steps below to fix the issue.
  
  Option 1. Manually rewrite the Addon file to fix the Easy Anti-cheat program
  1) Copy "bless.exe" in [Installation folder of Bless Unleashed PC]\Addon.
  2) Paste"bless.exe" into [Installation folder of Bless Unleashed PC folder].
  
  Option 2. Re-install Easy Anti-cheat
  1) Run "EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe" in [Installation folder of Bless Unleashed PC]\EasyAntiCheat
  2) Click "Repair Service" or "Install Service" to re-install.
  
  Option 3. Re-install Bless Unleashed PC
  - If the issue is not resolved using options 1 & 2, this might be from the addons such as Direct X, Visual Basic, etc. Uninstall the game client and delete the installation folder. If you reinstalled the game client, all the related addons will be reinstalled as well.
  
  * The default installation path is as follows. If you have a different path for the installation, you will need to check the path you used.
  - C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Bless Unleashed

• Q. Steam overlay is crashing the game.
  Currently, Bless Unleashed PC does not support an in-game control for Steam overlay.
  If the Steam overlay crashes the game, kindly deactivate the overlay in Steam.

• Q. “Easy Anti-Cheat” error
  ■ Game Security Violation Detected (# 0000000D) Error
  
  This error may occur if a program that affects the security of the game is detected.
  We suggest to follow the steps below and launch Bless Unleashed PC again.
  
  1. Scan virus using Antivirus program.
  2. Update Windows to the latest version.
  3. End program in Windows Task Manager that is indicated beside the error code.
  
  
  ■ Easy anti-cheat Prohibited Tools (SMEP Bypass) Error
  
  This error occurs when a prohibited tool such as a hack tool is being used.
  If you don’t use those tools, it may be a capcom.sys issue.
  We suggest to stop capcom.sys with the steps below and launch Bless Unleashed PC again.
  
  1. Run “Command Prompt” in the start menu.
  2. Enter “sc stop Capcom”, then capcom.sys will stop.
  
  
  ■ “Please Run Windows Updates, Your System Is Lacking Critical SHA-2 Code Signing Support Required by October 2020” Error
  
  If you are a Windows 7 user, you may observe this error.
  You need to ensure to update Windows for SHA-2 support through the Windows 7 Control Panel.

  ■ Error Code 23
  
  This error indicates missing dependencies such as DirectX, GPU drivers, Windows updates, Visual C++ Redistributables. We recommend that you run through the solutions below.
  
  1. Ensure the latest updates for Windows are installed
  2. Re-install your GPU drivers
     - AMD
     - NVIDIA
  3. Uninstall the existing Visual C++ 2015 Redistributables, reboot your PC, and reinstall from the Microsoft website.
     - If installation doesn’t work because a newer version is already installed, please reinstall the Visual C++ 2017 Redistributables.
  4. Re-install EAC
  
  
  ■ Error Code 30005
  
  This error occurs if a certain Antivirus program blocks one of EAC services.
  
  First, you need to determine what Antivirus program interferes with EAC through the solution below.
  
  1. Enter “msconfig” in the start menu and run “System Configuration”.
  2. General > Selective Startup > Deselect “Load Startup Items”.
  3. Reboot your PC.
  4. Launch Bless Unleashed PC.
  
  If the error doesn’t persist anymore, it means one of the programs deactivated by the process above interferes with EAC.
  Try to run the deactivated programs one by one until the error occurs again to figure out.
  
  
  ■ uxtheme.dll related Error
  
  The error about uxtheme.dll file occurs regarding the Windows theme.
  This problem might happen if the Windows theme is customized using a certain program so uxtheme.dll is damaged.
  If uxtheme.dll is damaged, we suggest you to follow the steps below.
  
  1. Download the original uxtheme.dll through the link below.

  2. Copy the downloaded uxtheme.dll into the folder below.
     - C:\Windows\System32
  
  
  ■ “Untrusted system file” Error Message
  
  “Untrusted system file” error message can occur when a damaged system(.dll) file is detected while the game client is opening.
  Try to repair system files with the following steps.
  
  * Repairing System Files using “System File Check(SFC.exe)”
  1. Open Start  >  Enter “cmd” to search Command Prompt  >  Right-click the top result and select the Run as administrator option
  2. Type [ sfc /scannow ] and press Enter.
  3. Restart your computer and run the game client.
  ※ Damaged files will be automatically repaired during this process.
  
  If the damaged file is not detected even after the steps above, try to follow the steps below.
  
  1. Open Start  >  Enter “cmd” to search Command Prompt  >  Right-click the top result and select the Run as administrator option
  2. Type [ DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth ] and press Enter.
  3. After the process of step 2 is complete, type [ DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth ] and press Enter.
  4. After the process of step 3 is complete, restart your computer and run the game client.
  
  
  ■ 0xC0010002 Error
  
  The error may occur when the kernal area of your PC is manipulated.
  Try to scan virus with antivirus software and update Windows with the latest version(Windows must be genuine), and run the game client.
  If the issue cannot be resolved with the solution above, try to perform an In-Place Upgrade Windows 10.
  
  * How to perform an In-Place Upgrade Windows 10
  1. Go to the link below and click the "Download tool now" button to download MediaCreationTool.exe file.
     - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
  2. Run the downloaded file.
  3. Click "Accept" in "Applicable notices and license terms".
  4. Select "Upgrade this PC now" and click "Next", then Windows 10 media will be created.
  5. Click "Accept" in "Applicable notices and license terms".
  6. Click "Install with "Keep personal files and apps" being checked.
  7. Windows will be installed.
  
  
  ■ Error Code 30007 (Easy Anti-Cheat cannot run if Driver Signature Enforcement has been disabled)
  
  The error may occur when Driver Signature Enforcement is disabled.
  Follow the steps below to enable Driver Signature Enforcement.
  
  1. Open Start  >  Enter “cmd” to search Command Prompt  >  Right-click the top result and select the Run as administrator option
  2. Type the following and press Enter.
   - bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF
   - bcdedit -set NOINTEGRITYCHECKS OFF
  3. Restart your computer.
  
  ※ The instructions above is based on Windows 10.
  
  
  ■ 0xc0000142 Error
  
  The error may occur when a system file is damaged.
  Try to restart your computer and run the game client again. If the issue still persists, proceed to repairing system files with the instructions below.
  
  Repairing System Files using “System File Check(SFC.exe)”
  
  1. Open Start  >  Enter “cmd” to search Command Prompt  >  Right-click the top result and select the Run as administrator option
  2. Type “sfc /scannow” and press Enter.
  3. Restart your computer and run the game client.
  ※ Damaged files will be automatically repaired during this process.
  
  If the issue still persists even after the steps above, try to download and install the “Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributables” for your operating system.

  ■ Error Code 29
  
  This error can be resolved with the solutions below.
  
  1) Scan virus with antivirus software
  2) Update Windows with the latest version(Windows must be genuine)
  
  If the issue cannot be resolved with the solution above, try to perform an In-Place Upgrade Windows 10.

• Q. "Failed to init Auth" error message.
  The error occurs due to the automatic installation failure of the Easy Anti-Cheat program.
  
  The issue can be fixed by manually installing the security program under the [Installation folder of Bless Unleashed PC].
  Follow the steps below for the manual installation of the security program.
  
  ■ Manual Installation of the security program

  1) Steam > Library
  
  
  2) Right-click on Bless Unleashed.
  
  
  3) Manage > Broser Local Files
  
  
  4) Run "EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe" in the EasyAntiCheat folder.
  
  
  5) After installation of EasyAntiCheat_Setup, run the game client.

  1) Delete the "Bless" folder that is in the directory where Bless Unleashed PC data is stored, then re-run the game client.
  - Folder Path: c:/users/[username]/appdata/local/bless
  
  * If you have installed in a different direction, check the directory that was selected for the installation files.
   
   

• Q. There is an error message that the client cannot be launched because x3daudio .dll cannot be found.
  Is there an error message, "x3daudio .dll cannot be found" when launching the client?
  You can install DirectX with the latest version to fix this issue.
  
  Download and install the latest version of DirectX from the link provided below.

• Q. An issue occurred during the installation of Visual C++ Runtime.
  If you run into a problem with installing Visual C++ Runtime, or the message "I/O failed. Try again." is shown during the Bless Unleashed PC installation process, please refer to the following.
  
  1. If other software was being installed at the same time as Visual C++ Runtime, please try installing Visual C++ Runtime again after the installation of all other software is complete. 
  
  2. If other software was opened during the installation, please close all other software being trying to install Visual C++ Runtime again.

• Q. "Bless.exe Error (0xc000007b)" occurs when running the client.
  If the "Bless.exe Error (0xc000007b)" error occurs when launching the Bless Unleashed PC client, please try the method listed below for your platform.

  1. Launch the Bless Unleashed PC game launcher
  2. Log in
  3. Click the "Repair" button (hammer icon) located beside the "Play" button
  4. Run "Repair"

  1. Steam > Library
  2. Right-click on "Bless Unleashed"
  3. Properties > Local files
  4. Click the "Verify integrity of game files" button

• Q. The "Windows 10. Install .NET Framework 3.5 error 0x800F0954" error occurs.
  If you received the Framework 3.5 error, please try resolving the issue by following the instructions below.
  
  1. Aftering running regedit change HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU, change the value of “UseWUServer” to 0 and restart your PC.
  
  2. Go to the Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, and within the part on turning Windows features on or off, check off the checkbox for .NET Framework 3.5 (including .NET 2.0 and 3.0)
  
  3. After running regedit, change HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU, change the value of “UseWUServer” back to 1 and restart your PC.
